Return Policy

• Customers have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
• Once the item is received and its condition is verified, a full refund will be issued within a maximum of 7 days.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, but if the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can receive a store credit.
• Exchanges are also possible, but the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item.
